I'm trying to work in more sewing this month so I'm starting with my Lil' Orphan Scrappy blocks. My fabric choices are looking a bit bright and ...pink but as I'm adding an edging of darker blocks I'm hoping it balances out.

We had birthdays here last month. Luke turned 6 and Sammy is now 14 years old. We celebrated with treats and trips to the beach.
